Registration includes: Conference giveaways, a gift, and lunch on Saturday.
Registration begins on June 30th.
Registration AFTER August 16th, 2024, will be $55.
Retreat Venue: Freedom Encounter Theatre at 3220 Falls Parkway Branson, MO 65616
Retreat BEGINS Friday, August 23rd at 4 pm.
Doors open at 2 for registration and noon for Merry Market vendor setup.
Retreat ENDS Saturday, August 24th at 1 pm
Merry Market
We will again have The Merry Market, where any lady attending can shop and make some money.
Reserve an 8-foot table for $40 to sell your crafts or independent consultant items during all the extended break times! We do not take any percentage of the money you make during the event. Tables are provided, but tablecloths are NOT. So don’t forget to bring one. We have a very limited number of tables available for reservations. Reserve your table today, and complete the registration form now.
For those not needing a table, be prepared for some shopping time! You might want to bring some fun money!

About the Speakers
Kelly Ball
Kelly Ball is a Christian, a wife, a mom, a teacher, and strives to be a good friend! She was not raised in a Christian home, but was reached through the bus ministry of Dayton Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio. On August 31, 1986, evangelist J. Harold Smith preached a message that opened her eyes to her need for a personal Savior! She was saved that morning and baptized that night! Through the mentoring of her youth pastor and his wife Rick and Kim Click, Kelly grew spiritually, surrendering her life to serve in the ministry her senior year. She attended Bible college in Missouri, where she met her husband Donnie, whom she married in 1993. After six years, the Lord allowed them to have three sons and eventually adopt a daughter. Outside of her relationship with Jesus and Donnie, nothing gives Kelly greater joy than the gift of her four children, three bonus children, and three grandchildren! Three of her children are serving in churches, and she has one teenager still at home.
Donnie and Kelly have served at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Lebanon, MO for thirty-one years. For twenty-nine years, the Lord has allowed her to teach high school English, math, drama, music, home economics, and even some elementary classes. Kelly enjoys teaching, singing, writing, and planning ladies meetings, showers, banquets and other events!
Melissa Metsinger
Melissa Metsinger, born and raised in Amarillo, TX, accepted Christ as her Savior as a teenager. While in college, she met and married her husband, Jeremiah. They love serving the sweet people of South Knollwood Baptist Church in Topeka, KS, where Bro. Metsinger has pastored for 17 years. Melissa cherishes her time at home with their 4 children (ages 18-3), as well as, phone calls from their grown son. She loves sushi, coffee, mission trips, crunching numbers, & lunch dates with her guy. She finds satisfaction in organizing anything from a junk drawer to church events. Her favorite ministry opportunities are serving in VBS, making hospital visits, mentoring ladies, & serving as a door greeter. Random facts: she loathes talking on the phone, is bad at responding to texts, & wishes she could sing. Biggest regret: their miniature Beagle, Hazel Charlie Hope Metsinger. Her greatest desire is to glorify God with her life.

Bible Baptist Church in Cassville, MO, is your host for this event! Pastor Don Veazey and the folks at Bible Baptist are pleased to host you for this retreat! Much prayer and preparation go into every detail to make this weekend a time to remember for you personally and spiritually.
